Return Policy:
All Sales Are FINAL
When purchasing please make sure to double check your address, telephone, email, and name. If any information is incorrect and your package is returned there will be a reship fee.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact USPS if you are concerned your order is lost or stolen.

Damaged products:

If you receive your products damaged please email outerlayerskin@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us.

Cancellations:
Order processing begins the moment we receive your order. Once your order is in our system, we cannot cancel, change, or exchange items.
